A six-day Seminar in Experiential Astrology. Learn this ancient psychological science, its application in the contemporary world and its use as a personal compass. Led by Arifi Boehler and Alexandra Merrill.
You can expect to:
* Learn the elements of your own astrological chart.
* Understand the powers that are embedded in your personal chart as a
way to claim the fullness of your personal and professional identity.
* Use a combination of techniques such as image making, body movement,
journal writing, percept language, dreamwork and meditation strategies to
strengthen individual self-confidence.
Arifa Boehler, M.ED., has practiced astrology for twenty-five years and bodywork
for ten years. She is committed to providing an understanding of the birth chart in
hopes of releasing individuals from personal and cultural entrapments. The core of
her work is understanding inherent myths activated at the moment of birth.
Alexandra Merrill, M.A., L.C.P.C., is president of Merrill Associates and a teacher,
consultant and long-time student of women's group process work. She co-
developed and has led Woman's Way workshop for over twenty years and is co-leader of the five-year Women's Leadership Collaborative, a learning laboratory
discovering what is unique to women's process and leadership of all female
groups.

In this next level of study, we will begin our work by making a three-day review of the content of
the first Patterns of Fate program. This will serve to get us all on the same page. Although we
expect everyone participating in this program to have attended the first level at one point during
the last decade, we also know there will be some serious students of astrology who have not
been able to come to Patterns of Fate. his initial 3-day review will create community, a
common language and a base for taking off into the deeper realms of the astrological field.
During the next 6 days, we will be visiting each planet, as if to take up residence there for a
short period of time. From that perspective, we can view the cosmos. We can imagine how
that part of the cosmos affects the human psyche, how that aspect of the great pattern is
influencing, aiding and challenging affairs on Earth. At each stop, we'll be looking at the
aspects in our personal charts, the impacts of the interplanetary relationships on our small
lives, the patterns embedded in composite charts, the ecology of earth and other sustainable
cultures, the relationship to the global crises and the manifestation of individual brilliance.

This deeper dive into the fluid imaginable realms of the interwoven cosmos will most surely give
us new trust in the mystery of our beautiful and troubled world, the harmonies of
consciousness and the forces at work in the interplay between archetype, cosmos and
psyche. We will learn more about the interdependence of all living forms, the infinite variety of
human assignments and the critical relationship between ideas of fate and free will.
By the end of the week, we will have had an opportunity to weave all the new information
together in the form of a much more precise understanding of this benevolent and brilliant
ancient cosmology whose wisdom can teach all of us. The resonances will have been
engaged. The implications will have come clear. And hopefully, our stars will have crossed
in ways we cannot imagine from this perspective now.
We are thrilled to be able to offer this new project and plan to do so only every few years, as a
new group gathers as a result of having taken the first level Patterns of Fate. And we are
thankful to each of you who has traveled with us into the star zones over the past 10 years.
